Man just watching you freak out about the Sharks makes me glad, as a Leafs fan, that I haven't had to go through this months-long anxiety and stress that comes with the playoffs for some years now.

 

I'd gladly take the stress of the playoffs vs the agony of losing every year.

 

it's only agony for like a year or two, then it becomes the baseline. I don't even get sad when the Sabres and Bills lose anymore, it's jut another day of the week. Every win, on the other hand, is amazing

 

DirectTV blacked out all channels showing the Preds-Ducks til the Panthers game finished including NBCSN. I was so pissed. Was the NBCSN national feed the Panthers or Islanders broadcast?

 

I don't think it was either...they are only using local broadcasts for teams who are aired on CSN, since that is an NBC owned affiliate.

 

That is horrible. I'm seeing all the FLA-NYI games on local broadcasts in NY, based on TV guide the games have been on like CNBC or USA network nationally.

 

It's not even the playoffs that give me stress. It's the fact the Sharks have to play the Kings up 2-0 with it was 3-0 still in a lot of Sharks fans mind.

Especially when it was 3-0 caused Doug Wilson to try and blow up the team last year and fail miserably.

 

Hey, I've had to deal with the stress of the playoffs for 25 straight years now!

(Except I didn't start watching with my dad until I was like 8, so more like 20, but still)

 

2013 wasn't that long ago was it?

officiating as a whole is hot garbage but they're missing blatant calls meanwhile calling shit that shouldn't be called (on both teams).

 

I'm perfectly calm? Just wasn't sure what you meant by planned. But I agree, officiating has been crap throughout this and all of the other series.
