I hope not. I'd rather have Gylfi than Barkley.

Maybe he would start, Poch has spoken highly of him multiple times this year. An attacking midfield of Gylfi, Dele, and Eriksen would be so fun. This past campaign made it clear we need more depth for the CL.

 

mental how much barkley is overrated, he's nowhere near champions league quality

 

Does seem that he's not quite matching up to his potential. Maybe a move away from Everton would remove some of that pressure for him though.

 

Apparently Wenger is going to sign a 2-year contract with Arsenal.

 

Think this is the problem. I can see a very good player there that's just stuck. I don't think he'll be the best of his generation or whatever bullshit. Just a good solid player that needs to grow.

 

They'll have the contract and pen in hand and ready to go if they win the FA Cup next weekend probably.

 

Fuck HSV... I dont know how they pull it off every year.

Wouldn't have surprised me if they didn't. But now I can watch the relegation playoffs for fun. A friend in Hamburg right now said he can hear people yelling in their houses. That is not surprising, haha

 

I actually think that it would be healthy for HSV to go down and start again fresh. The last 5 or so years were awful. They are obviously a big club and definitely belong in the Bundesliga but right now they are a club with much higher expectations than they can fulfill. They spend way too much money without a clear direction and the results just prove that they dont have a plan. Thats why pretty much every non-HSV fan wants them to go down.

 

I honestly don't disagree with this at all. Even though I support them, this very is true, which I think we've talked about in previous seasons already. Even so, hoping I can get to more matches next season.

 

He should come and join the Rafalution.
