Picking favorite lyrics are so hard. He's not the very best lyricist I listen to, but he is the most human and makes things sound so romantic or funny or real. This whole band is so talented but if it weren't for Matt's lyrics, I would probably not be that into them.

 

Listening to Trouble Will Find Me for the first time in a while rn and I forgot how great Sea of Love is. Also "she wore blue velvet" is the best part of the whole album. Prob third best song on it after This is the Last Time and Pink Rabbits.

 

Lemonworld is my favorite song by them and could be my actual favorite song ever. It just takes me to an entirely different, peaceful place. I'll never forget the first time I listened to it and being completely transported to a different head space

had a real moment buying tickets for this show 7 months out that cost like 10 shows put together

gonna be perfect though, band is near the top of my list of bands i haven't seen.

plus going with the main man @Deathco_019 !!!!!!

They're so good. Anyone wanting more like Alligator has their wish fulfilled live. It's incredible how they add energy to the show. Even an acapella of Vanderlyle is intense

 

I have not! i've heard nothing but incredible stories though, and i'll be in the 9th row of the place where the philadelphia orchestra plays. going to be a lifechanging experience.

 

The closer the better because dude stage dives. He unplugged his mic at Shaky Knees hahah. And until a stage hand plugged it back in you could faintly hear him screaming the lyrics to Sorrow haha.

 

i just got a call saying my tickets were accidentally cancelled and i need to repurchase them, and i'll get a link to get the same tickets
