After being a Sharks fan for the last twelve or so years, I'm just at the point where I'm trying my best to enjoy good playoff hockey, haha. If the series can stay this entertaining, regardless of the outcome, I'll be happy.

also Sharks have been really quiet this second period which is having me nervous.

Yeah this has me worried. If we were up a couple I'd be totally okay with them just bringing the energy down and trying to calm down the game, but not with a one goal lead. We need to score on this 5-on-3 and shut this game down.

As a Panthers fan, it's nice to be able to cheer for my favorite team in the playoffs for once, even if I don't live in Florida. I always watch the playoffs, but always end up cheering for the team that plays against the Habs, so it's a nice change this year.

 

Yessss so happy to watch the Kings get taken down.

 

Just wait until you get up 3-0 or 3-1 and your team breaks your heart, it hurts.

 

Yeah, I hope this doesn't happen to the Sharks again this year!

 

We look a lot more stable this year, but I tell myself that every year, haha. We'll have to see what happens!

A full 2 minute 5 on 3 in the playoffs is an insane call but I guess it's in keeping with the reffing around the league. Kings played like shit again and there's a good chance they'll get swept. I'm just glad it's not the Ducks doing it.

At least we'll always have the reverse sweep.

Easy now, I want to see the Sharks win it but I won't believe it until the 4th game is won, especially after the reverse sweep

 

Hahah I was talking "taken down" in that one game last night actually, not the whole series! It's well documented that I'm a jinx, so I wouldn't put that bad omen on the Sharks yet.

This basically means that the worst case scenario will happen again.

I think that was just him jokingly trying to avoid jinxing the Sharks by censoring the "s" word.

The "s" word being sweep.

Specifically the sweep of the Kings by the Sharks.

Which I'm sure we're all confident will definitely happen.
