Someone also had a good theory on what the "work" actually is, but I didn't save the tweet. I wonder what that "work" Ms. Huang was doing was too. Idk why but my brain immediately pictured her playing the ITYSL egg game lol. I hope someone makes a meme to splice that in.

Finished my rewatch last night. Final 3 eps are so good. Love how Ricken's platitudes mostly read as silly to the viewer but become profound to the characters. Mark: “Our job is to taste free air. Your so-called boss may own the clock that taunts you from the wall, but my-” Dylan: “But my friends, the hour is yours." ...Page 197 slaps. One of my favorite moments of the season.

So this is a compilation album of them finishing up songs that they had floating around since the early aughts? A lot of these are really really great. And if this is them clearing out all of the remainder of their old ideas they've been working on, I'm so interested to see what they do next with an entirely clean slate of ideas. The old Maine is dead I guess!

It continues to amaze me how they evolve their sound. Every album sounds fresh, but it's still The Maine at its heart.

Yeah, this is awesome. At first, I was a bit disappointed to hear that they weren’t actual B-sides, as I would do anything to hear more of that LLL sound. Overall, though, it feels very much like a ‘night album’—one you could put on late in the evening and fall asleep to. It’s such a vibe and very well executed.

Can’t stop listening this morning. I really appreciate that they treated their “left overs” with such care and thoughtfulness. It’s still their artwork and this shows they really care about it. Other bands should take notice to this concept.

New songs are vibin' hard. The last album is by far my favorite of theirs (didn't think they'd top LLL, but they did). Only complaint about the S/T was it was too short, so these NINE new tracks are very welcomed!

I’m sure I’ve said it before, but I’ll forever be sad that we won’t ever see the band that put out PoaH continue, as I really believe they made something special and had turned a corner to go on an incredible run of albums off the back of it.
