I made mini pumpkin Bundt cakes with a homemade PSL cream cheese frosting as one of my desserts. The frosting piper was screwing up, so they look messy, but damn they came out good

Tim Horton’s is the only chain coffee shop I’ve never tried. I’m curious…

My bosses are cool and ever since I started working at my company, they usually send me home early the day before Thanksgiving because they know I drive a few hours to visit my family. This year, they did not do that. Work has been pretty dead today too. Wish I could have the extra time to pack and stuff for the weekend. Maybe next year…

Mac and cheese isn’t a Thanksgiving food. That don’t belong on the Thanksgiving spread

If anyone is interested, Better Bootleg Bereau is doing a super sick leftovers sale rn. Every shirt is $10-$15 Products Might cop a SP shirt and may cop a second Soul Coughing shirt. That El Oso tour shirt might be my favorite boot I’ve bought so far EDIT: Nvm the Soul Coughing shirt is sold out in my size :(

When I went to Florida at the beginning of the year for Disney World, I was really surprised to see how big Dunkin is on the East Coast. Seemed like there were a lot down there. Saw a few billboard ads for it too. I have a few Dunkins near me, but they don’t seem as hot as the other chain places like Starbucks or Coffee Bean

All their savory food also has this bizarre like, plasticy taste? There’s like a hint of something that lingers on all of their food and it creeps me out

Dunkin also notably became worse when they changed their business from “Krispy Kreme competitor” to “cheap drive-thru coffee”

Moral of the story: Support your local coffee shops (but I know it’s not always an option)

Dunkin really sucks now. As a black coffee drinker, I used to really enjoy their cold brew, but now I’m not a fan. Quality has really dipped My wife got that new sugar cookie cold brew or whatever it is the other week and good god, it might have been the sweetest thing I’ve ever tried a sip of. I still go if it’s like, my only option. But I truly think I prefer Starbucks over Dunkin now.

Something In The Way in Boston is kind of doing that. Although it’s more indie-leaning and doesn’t feature hip hop. Now… if Sound And Fury could just stick in a few indie, emo and hip hop acts, that would be the golden ticket

TJ’s and Target right next to each other sounds heavenly… That’s all I’d ever need. I used to live in an area in OC where there’s a TJ’s right across the street from a Target. That rocked

TJ’s pumpkin spice coffee is one of my favorite coffees ever. They actually blend the ground with actual spices instead of just “naturally flavoring” it. Same goes for their gingerbread coffee. I love it and have to get my hands on some every Christmas. But sadly it doesn’t look like it’s returning this year?

I feel you on this one. It’s been really hard for me to make friends the past few years and sometimes it really sucks. When I moved to SoCal a few years back, I was able to make friends pretty easily through school and all the jobs I worked. But after graduating and getting my first “real job” it’s become way more difficult. I’m the youngest guy at my office and everyone else in my company is like 2-3 decades older than me, so that’s out of the question. I had luck befriending some people in a local photography group which was great, but the past year and a half, every meetup they’ve had has been scheduled on a day where I have a prior obligation or plan scheduled, so I haven’t been able to see them for a while. All my friends I’ve made here have their own busy lives and schedules so I rarely get to see them. All of my best/close friends live out of town or state so I rarely get to see them either. I don’t have an issue doing things by myself (concerts, outings, errands) and as a matter of fact, I enjoy it. But sometimes it would be nice to have buddies to do stuff with.
