Doing a Lift A Sail and Yellowcard run. I can never listen to these records separately, they just feel so interconnected. Sonically, thematically etc. It’s safe to say these never get old, still hitting me like it’s 2014 and 2016. Idk if it’s partly due to nostalgia, regrets about the past or other things along those lines but yeah. I’ll probably put on the recent EP latter today. At the risk of sounding like a broken record, I’m so grateful they’re back again and that it still doesn’t feel like they’ve hit their peak yet. Rare for a band this far into their career.
