I don't even need to do that, just check my recent followers. All 36 of them are "models" who have 4k+ follows and less than 50 followers.
You also have to manually check "opt out" on every single past artwork you've ever uploaded as it's "OPT IN" by default.

They barely even do that before/now. It takes models/cosplayers/porn actors a LOT to get fake accounts removed and even then I've seen them...
