I don't have the link to it, and it was yeard ago, but I vaguely remembering Chris Rock (I think...) doing a bit on the absurd inequality of actual healthcare given to wealthy vs poor. I'm barely remembering the specifics but it was along the lines of the over the top quality and service he was able to pay for so his mother could get better, and he saw the treatment and quality of care given to those less fortunate than his family and he was pissed.

So yeah, I guess it'd be cool to give them a taste of what sick Americans go through. But they'll live out their disease in cushy red satin sheets and personal medical assistants vs hard hospital cots and overworked nurses.
