They mentioned working on two releases, I wonder what that's about.

 

Guys, the 1975 is releasing the last album in a trilogy. They are CLEARLY the band breaking up. They hit it big recently. Newer band. Mystery solved. Nothing more to see here, folks.

 

They're not pop punk in any way lol

What's wrong with Hopeless?

 

I can't decide how bad I want that poster. 30 is totally justifiable.

 

A close friend told me that the band breaking up is "Motion City Soundtrack " TWY will be opening up for them.

Nothing really. Just kind of want them to try something different. They've been with them for six years - it'd be nice to see them spread their wings and be given different opportunities.

Someone needs to drop the ban hammer on anyone bringing up these damn rumors

 

I just wanna know if another big pop punk-esque band is breaking up soon. Transit, Motion City Soundtrack, and Yellowcard have all called it quits over the past year, and I'm curious who could be next.

 

Personally, I'm digging so many of the newer Pop Punk bands to come out in the past 2-3 years that I wouldn't be too upset about most older bands breaking up at this point. The Wonder Years, Saves The Day, and New Found Glory are the only ones that will really sting for me when they call it a day. Most of my other favorites are already broken up or broke up and later reunited lol.
