Living Hell, Degenerate, Persistant, Selfless, Ready and Willing, Stubborn, and Angel are the only songs I go back to on Resurrection. Ready and Willing would be awesome if it had the production Makes Me Sick has.

Really enjoying it. Has a relaxed, fun vibe to it while still what you would expect from NFG.

Wow, high octave for Jordan on Call Me Anti-Social I wonder how he - OHMYGOD KEY CHANGE ON THE LAST CHORUS.

This is going to be borderline impossible to play live, but great song!

    Finally listeninggggggg

Those synths on "Your Jokes Aren't Funny" are so perfect. It has such an immediate sense of "Yes, this is a NFG song," just their classic sound for sure. And "Party On Apocalypse" is just all-around great but I knew that already.

The opening to "Call Me Anti-Social" sounds like The Cars. This is a good thing.

The fact that "The Sound of Two Voices" is a thing that not only exists, but is a thing that works, is incredible. So good.

Know how they did that Ramones Cover EP?

Now I wish they would do an EP full of Island Jams. Bob Marley covers or something.

"Barbed Wire" might be an all-time great NFG song. godDAMN.

I didn't hate the last album, I actually quite enjoyed it. But I did think at the end of it that even though they do that's sound well, I wouldn't mind if they switched it up a bit.

After first listen, I'm loving this album. They try some new things, while at the same time still keeping that Classic NFG sound. I still gotta give it a few more listens, but I'm loving it so far.

Barbed Wire is my current favorite on the record. It's so catchy. The keys in the chorus really elevate the song. Plus, the bridge is dope.

I'm SOOO torn on this album!!! I've listened to every song a few times now and damnit I can't make up my mind here!

As an "album" it's definitely the most interesting one they've had in a while. There's definitely a sound they're going for here that NFG fans will easily identify them with this album all the time. Radiosurgery had 4 songs I liked a lot (Radiosurgery, Memories and Battlescars, Map of your body, Caught in the act)...Ressurrection, 5 songs i liked a lot (Vicious Love, One More Round, Ready and Willing, Ressurrection, Selfless),....but the rest of those albums were completely forgettable to me. BUTTT they each produced 4 songs that instantly made my 'best of' list, and i love them to death.

So far; Happy Being Miserable, Call Me Anti-Social, The Cheapest Thrill are the only songs I can say I truly love

BUT the entire rest of the album has growth potential (outside Short and Sweet, that was pretty eh)

So when do they start touring this album? They seem pretty busy up until the middle of October with the 20th Anniversary tour.

  22. Finally get to give this a listen!

If they just made Aaron Sprinkle their permanent producer forever I'd be perfectly fine with that.

  24. The synths on the first song remind me of Motion City Soundtrack.
