Dude i've been refreshing iTunes and spotify like a madman

 

Yup. I remember one night they would open with This Could Be Love and end with Cringe. But than another night they would open with Cringe and end with Radio.

 

It better. All this talk about Alkaline Trio being up in air and Blink apparently going on tour with Linkin Park has got me feeling like today is Monday.

 

I saw Alkaline headline twice in Cleveland, once before I even knew who they were I just went with this kid from school because his gf left him and he had a ticket. We became best friends after that. Both shows has different sets, granted the first one was in 2006ish. The second one they played Burn and We've Had Enough and Radio, the ones I really wanted to hear. So that was my favorite one...also their two minute rant against W Bush was kinda funny

 

maybe i need to brush up on linkin park's music. i only know hybrid theory stuff.

 

I'd go with A Thousand Suns first, might take some getting used to but a solid record for sure

 

Their album coming out on may 19 seems to suck a LOT. But the albums prior... one after Hybrid was basically Hybrid part 2 it was good. After that their sound changes but there's still plenty of good songs, even if one or two albums (like a thousand suns) overall wasn't good they still had some really notable songs

I envy you for getting to see them while they toured for Crimson.

Give me 6/8!! I want to know if i should give up on the deluxe or not. (Not trying to be a downer, parking lot and misery just havent done it for me)

 

It has some really notable songs, 5-6 of them but overall wasn't a fan

I like all but that acoustic fart of a song at the end, but i forgive you

 

Parking Lot had more lasting value for me than Misery did. Excited to hear another new song.

 

I actually like The messenger :X

 

That shitty single they released is more than enough for me not to like the album lol.

I'm the reverse. Like both but I am in love with Misery. Even debating getting The Hitchcock film line tattooed under my Blink smiley

 

The Catalyst? That songs a jam, really like how it builds up

 

Haha. I liked them both, for like one day. They didn't have any lasting value at all for me.
