Steelers end the season with three division games

 

Will we ever get @Indy early in the season?!

 

Yeesh.

Brutal stretch: It’s hard to remember a stretch that in April looks as daunting as the one the Redskins face starting in late October, when they play Cincinnati in London, and stretching into mid-December. Of the seven games Washington will play during this stretch, five are against teams that made the playoffs and were a combined 61-19 last season with four division titles. And the other two games are against divisional opponents on the road, including one against the team that could be the preseason NFC East favorite (Dallas). Topping this stretch off is a Monday night game against Carolina followed by a Saturday game at Chicago. Did I mention the three consecutive road games for the first time since 2002? Spare me the conspiracy theories, but we can all agree the schedule-makers did the Redskins no favors in the second half of the season. At least they play two straight home games to open the season for the third time in five years.

Tons of short rest clumped in there too.

 

I kinda wish the Broncos/Panthers game was later in the year. Oh well, I'll probably be at the Falcons game at Mile High.

 

Love this Steelers schedule. A little rough up front potentially, but, after the bye we get a bunch of non-playoff teams, and the odds that Romo/Luck/Eli are all healthy and playing well by week 10 is pretty low. Home division games to close out too.

 

Week 4 bye, yuck.

I really thought the Houston/Denver game would be the opener. MNF is just as cool.

 

Obligatory Browns/Ravens Thursday primetime game, but what really matters:

oh my god with our injury history we will be dead by Week 11

 

two road games to start the season - hopefully we spoil the Vikings home opener

 

4 straight home games in the early part of the season is nice / our only brutal stretch are three straight road games but at least it's just Tennessee Washington and Philadelphia

 

Hm, maybe I'll go to the LA game

 

our schedule is pretty great imo minus the early bye.

 

yeah that's what happens when you don't win the division so that's good

I hope we can escape the injury bug

 

Two prime time games feels like the least New Orleans has had in awhile, and one's a Thursday.

Bills home opener on TNF. Against the Jets. That crowd is gonna be ROWDY. Deadspin may as well send their staff to videotape the tailgate.

I wonder how hard it'll be to get tickets for LA games. I'm definitely trying to go to the Panthers game in November.

 

One day the Rams will get a SNF game, one day.

Pretty big stadium, probably not too hard, who knows what prices will be om the secondhand market however.
