Kinda hoping we get Calgary just for the sake of facing a new team, plus our success against the Perds is bound to run out at some point. Still think Perds are a better matchup for us though

 

Fuck the following: Patrick Kane, Corey Crawford, Vince Vaughn, the kid I went to HS with who is a Blackhawks/Yankees fan and also fuck Tommy Hawk for a terrible pun of a name.

I'm a Hawks fan. Even though I was never a huge fan of Bickell as a hockey player, but hes an awesome human being. Him and his wife are big into rescuing pits (not a fan of the breed, but admire their work) and doing a lot of charity work. Watching his interview the other night after his 1st game after diagnosis was the saddest damn thing. My heart breaks for him. This is all he loves and he's being forced to walk away before he's ready. To see his tears and heartbreak are just devastating.

Hoping for the Flames over facing the Sharks for the Ducks in rd 1. Really just looking forward to another heart-crushing defeats of the Sharks though.

Debating on going to game 3. If only for the pure entertainment value of watching adult Hawks fans throw beers, yell obscenities and get arrested.
