Pretty old, but my drum teacher had me listening to them this week, and it's all I've listened to so far at work the last two days. Funk/Instrumental

    hmmm

I think I may have recommended them already but nobody should be sleeping on this band. Their debut album last year is one of the best debut albums of this decade as far as I'm concerned.

Found her Reigns at Islandia album while thrifting , and was floored by her voice . But if a throwback, but who says we can't??

here's a playlist of a bunch of underrated bands in the pop punk / emo scene. If you're into bands like State Champs, Knuckle Puck, Real Friends, Citizen, Moose Blood, Neck Deep, This Wild Life etc. you'll probably find a handful of bands you'll like

The traditional- The Queen of Heaven was released today. Highly recommend it. Came across this band like a year or 2 ago and I think they're great. Recommend their first EP and album too.

first verse is so good. kind of feels like Motion City Soundtrack lyrics against a Weezer sound.

    Definitely checkout Melvin's, Jesus Lizard...

More recent stuff is hard. I feel like some stuff on O'brothers Garden Window had some strong nirvana vibes.

Some LCW era Modest Mouse. Daisy from Brand New.

The aggressiveness of In Utero has been hard to match for sure.
