If they make it a big 2-day thing, but mix between NXT/WWE brand matches, that'd be cool. Treat it as a company wide PPV. If its 2 days of WM and NXT is friday and the HOF is Thurs....then its a whole week of wrestling, and they'll get very dead crowds by the final day

 

I am absolutely 110% in for it being split up over two nights. There's a lot of potential there.

With the amount of talent that got shafted this year even with the show being seven fucking hours long, I'm down with a two night Mania

Welp guess I'm the only one who hates the idea of two days then, just asking a lot of fans to even spend 2 days watching, and if it's anything like music festivals they'll probably want you to get a 2-day ticket package rather than individual days, or if you can get individual days and don't want to do both you have to decide what you want to see more...

Valid. But I know that, personally, if I were to ever go out to a Mania, I'd be doing the all-in package with Axxess/Takeover/WM and all that jazz in a lump sum anyways so it'll never affect me.

 

Doesnt NJPW do multi night things pretty commonly?

 

There were a ton of people just waiting by the exits for the finish. No one wanted to be there at that point.

 

If you add all the nxt talent we're waiting to come up you can probably build a solid day 2 card I suppose but that's assuming they're booked correctly.

 

Kinda/not really. Usually what they do is have smaller shows leading up to a finale. Its usually the case with tourneys. Can't wait for the one tomorrow. Mmmmm.

 

I bet 90% of the Takeover crowd goes to WM the next night. And a big portion stay for the RAW after. So, the idea from a crowd perspective makes sense, because people already view it as a 3-4 day thing.

But, can you imagine going to NXT Friday and Smackdown Tuesday...5 days of live wrestling would get old fast.

 

Yea, also I would've fallen asleep because it was late af. I'm not into 12am wrestling. I get tired at shows if it goes to 1030 lol

 

Did anyone realize that raw now has like all the major tag teams and smackdown has jack shit? How are you adding the Hardys to raw lol there better be a trade

 

Send DIY and The Revival to Smackdown and all is well.

 

I guess if you're a nerd and hitch a ride with your mom to WrestleMania and are cool with eating gas station food the whole time it's not a big deal but to the normal person it sounds pretty awful

It sucks that that was jrs last call if there is, it seemed like he wasn't back to his proper self and was a little quiet. I don't understand why they didn't just pair him with king or someone he worked with for much longer rather than jbl, also the match sucked so that was part of it. I guess I just really miss jr.
