    I thought the earlier seasons of Sons were really special, but I liked it less and less the more it progressed. I wish they didn't do away with the comedic value that they had in the beginning.

    I'll agree that it started to decline the last 2-3 seasons. Tig was super funny and lost his edge towards the end. But what puts it above BB for me is pacing.

    BB is treacherously slow. If it came out today I don't think it'd have done as well. It got lucky cuz it was one of the first big serialized action dramas, and was In its prime (s03-4) when the format really took off.

    I've rewatched SOA 3x, and couldn't make it all the way through my 1st BB rewatch.

    From what I've watched I enjoyed, and we'll watch some New episodes on TV cuz nothing else is on. The issue is wanting to go through 12 seasons/200+ resides. That seems incredibly daunting!
