Always the worst feeling when stuff like this happens.


There was a time in high school where I was super into this girl and we would talk on the phone a ton, and I thought for sure we were going to date, but turns out she was doing this to everyone in my group of friends, making all of us think she was into us, and then proceeded to date some weird guy that was always a total asshole to everyone we knew. That was a weird few weeks

This really wasn't that similar, but it made me think of that weird story I'm sorry I'll try to delete it later

 

I also just realized I joined this site on April 1st last year, jokes on me

 

These are the people that get their picnics rained on ladies and gentlemen!

There's a new coffee shop/craft brewery next to the gym location where I swim laps that opened last Friday, so I came and swam a mile (fastest time in three years! So close to a sub-30 again) and now I'm here writing and drinking a beer. This isn't such a bad spot. I could see myself spending tons of time here if income was consistent.

 

So this work was supposed to take an hour. Took five dammnit

 

About to get my happy hour on. Trying to drink some porter.

 

They had to tow our plane because life is weird

 

But anyway we're here

 

Order a porter and some hor d'oeuvres por favor

 

Update: if you drink a beer after lap swimming without food you get really tipsy really fast and I am about this life.

 

Anything better than beer after swimming is beer while swimming.
