Let's hold our breath until we disappear

Battery has been fine. I get a good week or so out of them before needing to charge them again, but I don't use them too heavily. I usually charge them at my desk at work.

Sound quality is fine if you are satisfied with the standard Apple earbuds. I don't have a problem with them.

Welp you've pretty much just convinced me to get them. As well as my coworker who has them. I've always liked the apple pods, they never fall out of my ears like some people have mentioned. I just don't want to wait till May for them.. Womp womp

On iStockNow.com they have a way to be notified when they go up for sale online or in any store near you! I did that and got a notification at 1am today saying they were up on Target's site. Haven't shipped yet but it says they'll be arriving by 4/5, so I'm trusting it for now. Can't wait to get mine.

Sweeet. Thanks for the heads up, I'll have to do that.

Highly recommended. Only thing to be even slightly nervous about is the fit, but like Jason said, they make third party accessories like wingtips that hook on for a more comfortable fit.

Gladly the regular ones never fall out on me, so I think they'll fit. Super stoked on these. Actually wireless headphones.

Previously I was looking at Jaybirds, but I don't care for that attachment rope from ear to ear. Not truly wireless to me.

Oh, if the normal EarPods fit you good, then you'll be in love.

Now that it's gotten so many positives from here and other forums and people I want them now.. Damn this May 18th available date.

I'm sure on the next update they'll start selling them in black. That would be awesome to have black airpods..

I just got mine yesterday! I haven't used them a ton yet but I love them so far and no problems with the fit at all.

  11. Can anyone recommend a good to do list app for MacOS and iOS? The biggest feature that I want is to be able to set up a date to do something but then be able to put multiple alarms before what I need to do is due.

I use TickTick. Only thing I don't like about it is it doesn't let you add events/appointments, you have to add them as tasks which you then have to check off to get rid of. But it does allow for multiple alarms.

Has anyone downloaded workflow and tried it out? Could be pretty cool app.

I downloaded and messed around with it some. Pretty cool. I know there are some great resources to find how to build some pretty cool workflows.

Looking into buying a pair of Airpods today - Is it really 6 weeks to ship across the board?

They will most likely ship sooner than that.

Just pulled the trigger and ordered some from apple.com.

Hopefully they ship sooner then May 19th.

    Super hyped. Thanks tax returns!

If I could just forget it

Can anyone using time machine and virtualbox vm's tell me which folders you ignore so that you're not constantly backing up gigs of space every time you destroy/create a vm? I'm assuming it the "VirtualBox VMs" folder in my user folder but I want to make sure I'm not missing anything else.

Ok so I'm kind of an idiot so bear with me. Got a MacBook Air this weekend, and added all my music backed up from my external HD to iTunes. For whatever reason, it is not letting me edit the ID3 tags, and I cannot drag and click the songs to add to my phone. I have no clue why I can't fix this, and I've done a lot of looking in Preferences. Anyone experience this?

My order from Target I placed last Thursday just shipped today. Should be here by Wednesday!

EDIT: Just keep an eye out on iStockNow.com and you should be able to find them popping up through online retailers, usually late at night.

Recently made a Workflow that allows me to add an album to a note I created in Bear to remind me to check out that album later on.
Also found one that lets me add multiple events at once to Fantastical so I can add my work schedule for the entire week so I save quite a bit of time doing that

So I'm looking into buying a MacBook but I've never owned one and I'm not sure which model to get. I'll mostly be using it for grad school, any suggestions?

If you're going to strictly use it for school then get the MacBook Air. It's cheaper and can easily do basic word documents and school related projects. It also comes with iMovie, iPhoto, etc., all of the basic stuff. If you think your school related projects are graphic design or something of that sort then get MacBook Pro.
