They destroyed it tonight! Great crowd, great set, the band was on fire. King Friend was a highlight for sure.

 

You know that Manchester Orchestra's 'The Mansion' is a companion song for that song right?

Has anyone read Kurt Vonnegut's "The Sirens of Titans" just to understand TCD better or was that just me?

I'd say TCD is the most ambitious and the go to straight through listen for me, American Art is a great debut, and Afghan Guitars & Flies are proper successors to American Art. I would have to say they equally hold a spot in my heart. Brian has a perfect album track record (no pun intended) I just wish it was bigger!

Also my username comes from '7 Different Levels of Devil Worshipping' which I later found out was actually a cover of a B.I.G. song but I prefer the Box version better.

 

Flies in All Directions is a fantastic summer album. Looking forward to playing through it while stoned in the sunshine.
