Had to pee, woke up super early. Have to sneak around cuz if the cat hears me it's game over.

If it's after 5am and the cat knows your awake she will meow until you give her food relentlessly.

Sometimes I have to put her in a spare room across the house for like 2-3hours with a towel under the door so we can get a few extra hours of sleep.

People say it's like having kids, but it's more like having a rogue alarm clock with trip wires.

 

I feel you. my girlfriend and I wake up every morning around 5 because she works for the post office. every fucking morning my cat whines until she gets her food, but this morning she wouldn't stop. it was incessant. over and over again. fuck. still prefer her to a kid tho haha

 

my cat is a fat lil baby btw - she is by no means starving. she is a very happy cat

 

gf and I had to watch her mom's dogs for two days this past weekend, and nothing makes me appreciate my cat quite like having to watch six dogs.

 

Oh yea fat cat over here too. Glad to know your in the same boat. Our cat thinks she can communicate with us. She has a variety of yips and yowls that she'll use back and forth with our awfully obnoxious kitty talk. Outsiders would think the communication is working, but I just like hearing her yap. She eventually realizes we are fucking with her and she gets frustrated and starts scratching the couch. Lol

 

I try to mirror my cat's meows all the time haha. she will keep meowing at me as tho we're communicating and it's pretty adorable

Oh man what a household of pets! That had to have been rough. There's pros and cons to both, but I appreciate the independence of cats over dogs. We have a dog too, that also thinks she can communicate with us. her and the cat team up when we aren't home and get into all the hard to reach food in the house. Menaces.

 

I like dogs. just think more than three is fucking insane haha. that's hilarious about them teaming up. they are both so crafty
