Ever been to The Beehive?

 

I'm actually not familiar with either of these things

 

Good I've been meaning to watch mystery science theater 3000!

 

It's a town that is 80% rich folks so i feel like they know I'm an imposter when i go over there

Shrimp night at the beehive is worth it tho

 

I don't count calories, but I try to make 80% of my food a day whole30 approved.

Sunday is weight lifting and bodycombat.
Monday is weight lifting, ab lab, and bodycombat.
Tuesday is intense cardio (usually spin class).
Wednesday is rest day.
Thursday is weight lifting and cardio.
Friday is weight lifting and lap swimming.
Saturday is rest day.

 

I prefer shrimp night at the beyhive

 

I didn't see an Alcohol thread but I bought a bottle of Vanilla Vodka and need recipes

 

You would

 

Put vodka in freezer approx 2 hours. Serve in an old fashioned glass

 

Add to orange fanta. It's like a creamsicle.

Throw it on the floor and drink it like an animal.

 

I need to start lifting, I'm at the point where I need to start mixing it in.

 

Last time I had vanilla vodka I mixed it with Sunny D and that was the fastest I've ever blacked out

there was a really cute kitten that I saw around my house a few days ago, so I gave it some food because it seemed to be hungry. it ate all the food so I put some more out, came back and half of it was gone. haven't seen it since, and no more of the food was eaten. I just hope it's okay

 

What's an old fashioned glass? Also just straight?

I don't have Fanta but do have Aldi Brand Orange soda that's clear, of all things

I did mix some with the rest of my Whataburger DP and it was delicious

 

Yeah. I reached the point where lifting needed to be more the focus than cardio. But I like cardio, so the trainer I talked to suggested doing more active cardio like classes.

I'd swim laps every day if it was easier, but the gym with the pool is too far of a drivefor my current financial state.

 

How much did you use?

 

I feel like it was like 375ml but honesty I couldn't tell you. It was a smaller bottle drank in an hour or so that night haha
