What's weird is dating between parents. Like I met someone a year or two ago with a kid around my daughter's age and we had play dates a few times. Then she started dating someone and we stopped talking regularly, but my daughter still asks if we can go places with her friend and I'm like well probably not...

Another lady exchanged numbers with me last week for that purpose and we all hung out on Saturday but I have no idea if she asked for my number just for the kids or what

That's part of why I was always extremely hesitant with anyone I date meeting the kids
