Kinda bummed to be honest, and I loved most of California.

Why the fuck do they have to use vocalizings in every damn song? It doesn't always enhance them as in "Sober". This might be even worse than "No Future" regarding that,

Plus, they really need to let the songs breathe, this is way too busy. There are good parts and interesting lyrics here and there, but overall it sounds like a manufactured mess.

Hope it grows on me. :/

 

Love the song, and I'm excited for the rest, but I can't say I'm not a little annoyed that they aren't selling a vinyl version of just the 2nd disc. It's long enough that there's no reason they can't have it as a standalone. Not really trying to pay $35 + shipping when half of it is an album I already have, but then again I'll probably cave.

Probably because the band got around not releasing a new record until next year by making it a deluxe... therefore releasing a standalone 11 tracks may therefore make it a separate release in the labels eyes?

 

Hopefully it will be up on iTunes to buy soon.
