In terms of star power, not ability. Goldberg holding the universal title means more than bray using the WWE title.

 

Goldberg is part timer that doesn't even wrestle... What could be worse?

his segments have drawn the highest ratings since he's returned aside from like 1 week. people are specifically watching for him
