before i unfriended gunz on facebook he got mad at me for not responding to a post he made on my wall. he literally messaged me at like 3 am like "dude i posted on your wall arent you gonna say thanks?" lol

OK all, I'm gonna go get some sleep, or more likely have a beer and watch some Billions in bed. This was the biggest day we've seen on the site, added a grip of new members to the fold, and everything is holding up well! A lot more bugs were fixed, I heard from a lot of people about how happy they are to kind of have a "fresh" start here on the site, and I've felt the same way.

The community feels ... welcoming, amazing, and refreshing in so many ways. Thank you for that. All of you. I know there's still a huge, long, crazy amount ahead, but these past few days have given me faith that I made the right decision. 4 months ago I felt like I was 60/40 that I was just gonna go take a job offer to work a "real job" for a few years for a big company and leave the internet behind, let all the code for this forum, and for the new chorus.fm just sit on my hard drive and never be seen. I can say that while I have no idea if this is going to work out at all and become viable, at this moment: I'm glad I didn't. I'm glad I pushed forward and decided to throw the dice against the wall one more time.

Thank you that feeling. It's because of every single one of you that reads this. G'nite all.

thanks for bringing us all together jason, the AP community changed my life in so many ways throughout the years, before i was staff and then becoming staff. i owe a lot to you and im sure many others feel the same way, ive met my best friends on your website and ive expanded my breadth of music taste and knowledge all thanks to your website, not to mention the change in my political and social views due not just to the website but also thanks to you personally and the discussions youve been willing to have and foster on the site with its users. basically, i just want to say thank you as many times as i can. the least myself and others who feel the same can do is support you in whatever you choose to do. im really glad youve decided to try this out with chorus expanding to a forum and im ready for the ride.

 

All that I want to know right now is if I should transfer my "2016 Albums" data to a forum over here, or if I will be able to at least access that thread the rest of the year

 

it really changed the course of my teenage years and my music listening in big ways, the latter of which extended into my early 20's and continues today.
