apparently no one wanted to take him because he might cost a max deal next year

i can't believe that if this works out the mavs team of post-Dirk might be harrison barnes, nerlens noel, and someone named yogi

also, i might be in the minority but a core of IT/Bradley/PG-13/Horford i think would easily drive a cavs series to seven games.

I was thinking the same thing. George in the playoffs is an animal

i feel like the nets 1st, jaylen brown, and crowder would be adequate value back for george if they were to do a trade. MAYBE toss in smart if the pacers are being stubborn

I think they're just seeing what's out there, knowing he could leave but not 100% in on trading him

but even if he is to possibly leave in free agency, the stevens/hayward connection could link up this summer as well

WHAT! aside from westbrook, roberson is the only one with a spine on that team.

supposedly the nugs had a monster offer for george, but PG wouldn't long term commit.

If the pick is being offered, the Pacers should absolutely do it. You're a middling team with him now, even if you can get something built around him in a few years he's out of his prime - and that's assuming he re-signs with you next year.

Now, I'm not really sure there is a right or wrong way for the Celtics. If you don't want Geroge and opt to keep the pick - what is the reasoning behind that? That you'll have a wider opportunity of a championship window with a (potential) young superstar alongside Thomas? I can buy that, but you don't really know what you have from that player in the end. Now I get that if you for George, he may not re-sign with you next year but I do think he gives them an opportunity to win now regardless of the competition of the rest of the league.

I mean, I get the Warriors and Cavs are crazy good but who is to say there wouldn't be another team just as good in a few years? Again I don't think there is a right or wrong move there, just my two cents on a trade that isn't going to happen anyways lol

i dont know why but i saw monster and thought that tweet meant like, literally a monster, or called jokic a monster

i know he's off the table at this point, but butler's contract is one year longer - right? That to me makes him SOOOOOOOO freaking valuable and I don't understand why the Celtics won't throw whatever. It really seems like a no brainer to make this deal - a slightly lesser offer for PG as opposed to Butler IMO
