I mean seriously, bands can call their albums/songs whatever they want as long as the music's good. The titles of albums and songs don't affect enjoyment of the actual music. Or, shouldn't, anyway.

 

I don't think anyone was saying it's going to affect how they feel about the music. But seeing as we don't have any new music yet, we have the album title, art, and song name to discuss.

 

Artwork definitely impacts how I feel about music sometimes. Titles, not so much, but that extra-musical stuff matters.

 

I just think it's funny. It happens all the time these days, it feels like.

 

I don't know if this is a unpopular opinion or not now, but I think "Head On Collision" is one of my least favorite on S&S.. I remember it being a favorite back in the AP.net days

Never Give Up is absolutely the weak point on S&S imo, though I can still find enjoyment in it

They are playing the full album shows in the U.K. this September. I'll be seeing Sticks & Stones and Catalyst in Glasgow! Would love Coming Home.

 

Really? That's always been one of my favorites from that album haha

 

Love and Pain is an incredibly underrated song.

 

Seeing as I saw them play Sticks and Stones at Reading a few years ago that probably rules me out of those shows. Will happily see them when they have some new material to tour though.

I use to think MxPx couldn't be topped in terms of worst music videos in this scene, but I'm inclined to pass that dishonor to NFG. Fucking terrible.

Well they set out to recreate the scene and basically nailed it, I'd call it a success. Fwiw this isn't even the worst NFG video, let alone one of the "worst in the scene"
