I don't think we particularly tanked. There was effort every night, they went out and played every night. There wasn't much goal scoring luck or goal scoring talent but they fought every game. Unlike last year's team. We even surpassed last year's points total.

I only criticize teams that clearly aren't playing. I don't remember what last year's Sabres team was like though

 

I only saw portions of the game tonight but he he legit looked like ourbest player


Also, bring Elias back another year. Fuck it.

 

The most exciting time to be a stars fan in years. Thank fucking god.

 

Sabres will be a force in 3-5 years. They are where the Blackhawks were when they first drafted Toews and Kane.

 

Also, Palmieri and Henrique both hit 30 goals

Pretty crazy that our offense is as bad as it is and we had two 30 goal guys

 

Is Zacha going to be back with the Devils next year?

I remember around the draft I was super high on Barzal and Zacha.

 

he almost made the team out of camp this past year so I would wager he will make it out of camp this coming year

he dominated the OHL down the stretch. I can't imagine him needing to go back there.

 

Don't think Carolina is going to have anyone reach 30. Skinner is close. Rask and J Staal hit 20. Skinner should be hitting 35-40 the next 5 years. Maybe one day we might have a #1C for him to play next to.

Cammalleri could've hit 30 if not for injuries. They would've made the post season if not for that.

 

Stars play Wild on Thursday according to their snap chat.

Sharks/Ducks is supposed to start Wednesday according to our local media if Kings win tonight.

Our local media dude also said Kings series would most likely start Thursday due to their arena being in use on Wednesday.

 

Hoping I can make it to at least one Flyers/Caps playoff game since I'm pretty close to both teams. I still haven't been to Verizon Center for a playoff game all these years.
