I was thinking I should quit dating then I remembered I need to get married/live with someone or I'm always going to be broke

Anyway everyone I've dated in the last year has either been boring or quickly lost interest, probably means I'm boring

Also I often see people and think they'd be a good match for me and project these things into them but I don't meet anyone like that

So that's my existential rant for tonight, been alone in public so you know

 

I don't go to bars either and if I do I have no intention whatsoever to meet someone! And no blind dates. One of my friends ALWAYS tries getting me to meet people at the bars. She very well knows I hate that and the guys that frequent bars in our town are rotten apples. I wouldn't trust her to set me up on a blind date. I've seen the people she's tries to set me up with. Nope.

I've never really been part of the dating scene but I'm moving to the greater Los Angeles area in a few months and I'm actually pretty excited for what's to come. It'll be interesting to live somewhere where I don't know anybody

Like obv not when they're super insistent and creepy, but basically where I live nobody ever is interested, and I'm not interested in them either tbh. It was nice living in the city and being like oh ppl are interested in me and im interested in them! Buuut now I'm back in the middle of nowhere so yeah
