I can do nothing. Today I was determined to learn how to have someone dip me but I was too scared and untrusting. I finally understood how Baby felt.

I started playing guitar when I was 10, I played trumpet in middle school, I played drums in high school, and I started doing electronic/hip hop production late high school early college. On top of it I can do sound engineering, I like mixing the most but I'm really good at recording too. I'm still learning how to master since it's probably the trickiest and most ambiguous part of the process, but I've mastered projects for a few people other than myself and they were satisfied with my work so I gotta be doing something right.


Anyway if anyone in this thread is ever looking for a good mix engineer but doesn't wanna pay absurd amounts of money hit me up (still gotta charge something tho this is my livelihood), I have experience mixing in pretty much every genre, I've done folk, jazz, rock, rap, electronic (duh), even a symphony, and more. The program I went through for my degree did a lot of things but above all they really drilled it into us how to be a competent mixer, and a lot of it is just being able to give the client what they want at the quality they want.
