Unless a hero comes along he's gonna be the guy....he's brushing up on his lefty bonafides now and has 3 more years to do...between that and his extreme likability and ability to speak, he's prob the best bet.

  3. Thankfully they're not useless. Pay attention or don't quote me. I don't have time for the uniformed today.

Booker is (or would be) a comically bad candidate

  6. Same problem as the election: letting perfect be the enemy of good. So many key Dem wins over the past few days. More coming. Great organization starting all over, ground swell, grassroots stuff working to push left, but yet ...

Glad you learned that lesson. :eyeroll:

They're pretty much useless given how this entire election process went but okay, guess we should just ignore their flaws, that'll fix things.

  8. Not what I said. I'm not going to respond to made up things either.

  9. I get through to Toomey and Flake immediately. Meaning we need more calls.

My comment was based on this:

“The radical nature of this government is radicalizing Democrats, and that’s going to pose a real challenge to the Democratic Party, which is to draw on the energy and the activism and the passion that is out there, but not let it turn us into what we despised about the tea party," Schiff said."

I've been calling Portman it feels like for the entire month. I can see him breaking.

  16. What don't you like about that quote? The bad parts of the tea party should be left behind. That doesn't say what you implied it did. It says far closer to the opposite.

Do they even care about out of state callers? I haven't really done out of state...

You know, I'd be happy if democrats just went back to the FDR era, without the racism, misogyny, and all the rest. I mean, I would still be unhappy, because I'm a Marxist, and Marxists are never happy, but at least we would have a party with a baseline of social democracy. That's just me, though.

I love that these two douches stand like Donald literally has his hand up their ass.
