Threes are the best so I can just blame everyone else when in reality I suck.

I look on Facebook yard sale groups all the time, and always see a lot of Wiis - all with tons of shovelware. I think Nintendo should be a little more controlling like they were back in the day - tho plenty of shit got out anyway. Shovelware just ends up burning potential customers who don't know better.

I actually thought the Solarii Fortress was the end of the game, I'm glad it wasn't. It was pretty intense, so I'm taking a break from the story to revisit the previous stages and collect everything. Happy to hear it just gets better.

I've only played Human Revolution, but it was awesome. I need to play the new one.

Not to mention a lot of good 3rd party games got lost in sea of shovel ware. That said, I think Nintendo would love if the WiiU had the same level of 3rd party support, even if it shovelware.
I'm cautiously optimistic for the Switch, though it doesn't look like to many western devs are onboard.

This is why I hate it so much. People can just hide behind others. In twos you're always involved and always need to be on top of your game.

Good point. Yeah - I doubt I will own a switch. I have a 3DS - but haven't had a Nintendo console otherwise since the Gamecube.

I'm not actual that bad but yeah the most shit talking I've ever gotten was on threes for that reason.

I only do doubles with my cousin but even then it's kinda frustrating as someone who isn't the best offensively.

Got all iridium tools (including the galaxy sword), a fully upgraded house (barn and coop to boot), a wife and kid, a completely restored community center, a mostly automated 10-20 grand per day income, and I still don't think I'm gonna stop playing Stardew Valley anytime soon.

Having a bad cold has it's perks.

Playing RL with idiots is always awful but three working as a team is the perfect amount.

Nobody works as a team though! Everyone seems to just go hell for leather to the ball.

That's never fun then, I agree. I've quit playing RL with randos at this point and only play when I'm with friends who communicate.

You can always tell when the deepest guy who should defend boosts for the ball at the start that you're fucked.

Yeah with twos I find I can play with randoms and actually have some teamwork and each of us generally knows when to attack and defend. With friends threes is good, but I usually play alone.

Speaking of, just had a good threes game with one decent team mate and we dominated.

trading in my xbox one today at gamestop. they're offering $150 trade in which isn't too bad. it's basically been a netflix box for me for the past year since i got my ps4, and with the switch coming, i really don't need every console under the sun haha.

Might be a little off topic, but since we're talking Resident Evil a lot, has anyone else seen The Final Chapter yet?

I would sell my One for a PS4 in a heartbeat if all my friends weren't on Xbox and I had so many digital games.

I could never trade in my xbone for anything but a scorpio, but that's mostly because of all the 360 games I have that work on it.

i can see that for sure. backwards compatibility is dope. i unfortunately sold my 360 and all my games like a month before they announced BC haha.

Ouch. You didn't download stuff last gen? The amount of xbla games I have is kinda shameful because I used the 360 as an excuse to rebuy a ton of re-released/remastered games that I had foolishly sold off as a kid that needed to get the new thing.

It's not optimal to rebuy games, but most 360 games (especially physical copies) are pretty cheap these days.

For the most part, you couldn't download big AAA games until near the end of its life. :(

The games on demand service was definitely a slow starter, but I probably bought a couple dozen AAA games during various sales (countdown to new year's mostly) during the last 2-3 years of it's prime.....but I am a cheap bastard that is willing to wait years (if need be) for a game to hit the $10-$20 price range, haha.

Went to a small resale VG shop yesterday and picked up Sunset Overdrive(rebought), Elmo's Number Journey(N64), and CSI:Deadly Intent(360) for less than $25

thankful for backwards compatibility. it also allows more games to come to GWG for XB1, like Rayman Origins recently did.
