The County Voted in favor of providing funds. The City Council won't even discuss/vote on it before Tuesday. They said that if an extension is given from MLS that they would possible discuss.

I doubt the MLS gives an extension (I wouldn't) so either Charlotte waits or the Smith family brings all the cash to the table.
