    it's looking like dinner at the bbq place you suggested, cotton & rye, or sandfly bbq, then drinks at chive sea bar & lounge. Then possibly breakfast at the Funky Brunch before heading out of town.

    It has some texture to it, pretty sure that's how is supposed to be

    No mold and it's only a week past so I'm not worried

    I generally do put it in tacos but I'm not feelin' tortillas today.

    I don't think I know how to make my mahi cuban style but let me google that that entails unless it just entails throwing a plantain on it

    I'd probably just make some black beans and rice, grill the fish, and then top it with a spicy-fruity vinaigrette of sorts
