Speaking of being vegan, I just made low carb/keto pizza

Fry some deli pepperoni and provelone until crispy. Top with desired tasties (I used sauce, ricotta, and mozzarella) and toss under the broiler until bubbly.

If I couldn't eat potatoes I would never be able to last being vegan. I mainly eat veggies, hummus, avocado, peanut butter and bread every now and then. don't anyone dare make a nuts joke but I eat a lot of potatoes too.

It was apparently supposed to open the day after Christmas but it didn't happen, and now it's saying by the end of January. I just posted here because this is the food thread and I need somewhere to vent lol. It's only the second NJ location, somehow, so it's kind of a big deal for me to not have to go into NYC for it. It's addictive as hell.

I'm worried that when it does open, though, that I'm going to blow all my money eating there for lunch every damn day. It's just so good.

 

My dad does low carb but I've never been able to keep off the weight once I lost it which I hear is common. Works for him.

I regret doing that so much.

 

We just got one in New Haven that delivers to my place.

That hot sauce man. I was like wtf why is this so small this isn't going to be enough. I was wrong.

 

I use cashew milk for a week or so after the expiration date.
