Only thing I know about Edsall is that one of the guys I went to high school with went to Maryland to play football and he left after a year of playing for Edsall and made it sound like on FB that he left because of the coaching staff. So I figure he isn't very good

 

Also watching this bowl game, it's crazy that Kaaya was (or is?) a top QB prospect in this draft

 

He was initially regarded as a top prospect worthy of a top three pick but that eventually cooled when people started watching football instead of just talking about it.

I'm looking at a bunch of pictures of Bama and Washington doing various activities leading up to the game on the Peach Bowl twitter account and it's just wild to me looking at photos of a number of the Bama guys, it's like they get a side of HGH with their breakfast every morning.

They're gigantic monsters. Bama by 45, imo.

 

LSU showed everyone how to beat Alabama. It's really simple. All you do is make no mistake whatsoever for 60 minutes.

 

...and you still lose

 

Because we made two mistakes on defense haha. That's what happens when you have no offense.

In case anyone forgot that Bud Foster is one of the best coordinators in the nation. I cannot wait to see Virginia Tech come back under Fuente.

 

Jerod Evans will be a Heisman contender next season. That kid can really play.

He might end up being a pretty nice NFL prospect when things are all said and done too.

 

Agreed completely. VT is gonna be a team to watch next year.
I mean, they always are but people who arent like us are gonna watch them now haha

 

Welp, I guess we should have tried harder to keep Jim Leavitt. We still had a good season. Go buffs.

 

Not sure Jim Leavitt was going to save this offense though...brutal.

 

The defense could have kept it from being an embarrassment though.

If our defense, sans Barnett and Sutton, continues to be as porous as November's games, it'll be a battle.

Haha. True. I'm upset I won't get to see the game. My grandparents don't even have espn or wifi speed from this decade. Gonna miss watching Kamara, Barnett, and Dobbs one last time.

 

I'm betting on it being on WatchESPN. That or looks like I'm going into work five hours early haha

 

Yeah... I've debated trying to find a bar or restaurant with a tv, but this town has next to no chains. I know it'll be on there but their wifi can't even handle a YouTube video. It's a bleak look at the past when I visit here haha

I'm just outside Knoxville when I'm home. Down visiting my grandparents in Titusville and with NASA being in such a down swing at the moment, there's not much growth here. Nearest sports bar is a forty minute drive and I don't have a car.
