Anybody ever tried to audition for John Casablancas acting and modeling agency? I'm about 98% sure it's mostly a scam but was just wondering if anybody here has had an experience with them/knows anyone that has.

I got embarrassed today at work by my co-worker and a boss.

It was time for me to leave after the store had closed. I sat in the front waiting for like five minutes for my boss and they weren't coming. My co-worker comes up and is like "why are you still here" and I say "I can't find boss and I'm afraid to page them."

She proceeds to page my boss saying "hey boss Jonathan is a wimp and afraid to page you so I'm paging you because once again he is a wimp."

They proceed to have a conversation about how much of a wimp I have through the page and I was like all embarassed.

 

i was ready to leave for work and my manager called me and was like "yo, other girl you were doing the project with is sick and can't make it today so don't go to the project" so im just like wtf am i suppose to do with my day now!!?

 

It's always weird to see official celebrity/musician accounts posting like memes or inspirational/dating quotes.

I always think it be like K3vin gates and now the actual Kevin Gates.

 

Pitbull should be the only one allowed

I legit spend any time during breaks/lunch on chorus because I get in trouble for wandering so much and talking to co-workers who should be working.

 

My boss gave me a 25 dollar gift card to Hooters for Christmas. First, I hate the people for whom I work. Second, what happened to cold, hard cash. I'd prefer that.

 

They could even at least dress up the cold, hard cash as a Visa gift card or an Amex gift card or something if they're concerned about not wanting to give cash.

 

I can't think of a sadder concept than a Hooters gift card

 

I think bosses should just give more PTO for Christmas

Like if my boss wants to give me a gift, I want the gift to involve me going home with money

 

Last year my work bought everyone fitbits but like tbh I'd rather them have spent the money on giving me an xmas bonus or a gift card to a store most people use like safeway for gas or groceries. Instead I got a fitbit I used for one month and then lost the charger to.

 

Yeah I just get a bonus currently which seems to make the most sense

 

This year for Christmas my boss gave me a hangover

 

This year we got nothing and I just realized it.

 

my work gave away a bunch of gifts cards that you had to enter into the raffle for. It was just local food places right near our work.

Of course like 15 people got gift cards and I didn't.

 

my dads work is doing gift cards for best ugly Christmas sweater and my dad spent all night making his own custom ugly sweater.

The weird thing though is the crew beck was basically just santa clothes on it and I was like "this isn't ugly it's actually pretty cool" but my parents laughed and said it's ugly.

 

They put a piano in the lunch room. I guess they want someone to play it.

There's also a harpist in the downstairs lobby.

I played one of the only two songs I know, and it was Brand New's Fork and Knife.
