I've seen rumors that the new Pokemon game will be ported over to Switch. At least that's a start.

 

I still play Star Fox 64 once in a while at a friends place. We love it haha. Never was much into most plane games though. Last one I played chronologically was the dinosaur one and it bored young me

 

Its obviously time to get serious with it after the pokemon go historical event

Yeah that would make me play my first pokemon game since Red. Just make a big budget 3d version of the Gameboy/DS games and $$$

 

I just want a new iteration of Animal Crossing where you can like, have a vacation home at the beach or in the mountains or something. I kept waiting and waiting for some news on a Wii U version and I sincerely hope we see it as a Switch launch window title.

 

nope, absolutely adored that game. if I remember correctly it was one of the better looking games on GC.

 

definitely! I was just looking at some screen shots and I was like, man, that still looks good. if the news of GC games being available on the switch i'll totally replay that, still have in on gamecube though too.

 

Mario Kart and Zelda on the shitter just sounds too good to miss.

 

Was really hoping for the Switch to launch shortly before PAX East (and with Streetpass functionality) but that seems like a tall order at this point

 

I'm (going to try) putting aside some of my xmas bonus ready for the switch next year. Also thinking of picking up a raspberry pi 3 this week and getting it set up as an permanent emulator in my living room.

 

So ready for the Wii U price free fall so I can snag one on the cheap.

Only played an hour or so of TLG so far but Trico is already adorable and charming. I find myself smiling each time he (she?) scrambles on a platform or shakes or plays around with a dangling chain. The camera is a bit more sluggish than the other Team Ico games but controls seem about on par. Immediate impression is very good.

 

MS is giving away Lost Odyssey for free right now. Available via BC. Also Blue Dragon is available via download finally.

Such a great move by them.

Still, also like I said, wonder when people will have high standards for other franchises and companies like they seem to with Watch_Dogs and Ubisoft. For whatever reason.

I don't understand why this thread has turned to bashing multiple games that people are enjoying. There's having a disagreement about a game, and then there's the level this was taken to. I wasn't crazy about the Last of Us, but I don't sit here bashing it and telling people it's a bad game.
