If it makes you feel better I had to make a grilled cheese sandwich for one of my guests because my Pork Chile Verde was too spicy.

Well she told me beforehand that she was really bad about spicy food. But I'm so used to spicy stuff that I tasted my salsa verde and was like "oh, this isn't hot at all" and everyone else was miserable.
