I always loved those. The ferris bueller one is my fav

 

that Ferris/Cameron theory literally makes no sense tho. like, other than saying that the whole movie is pretty much just a dream like offered in the article (which is kind of lazy) pretty much all of the supporting characters are linked to Ferris.
idk, i just don't like that theory

 

If we're talking about tv/movies theories: In my younger days when I used to get stoned all the time I was into weird eerie coincidental predictions in tv and movies or as the tinfoil hat crowd calls them "predictive programming". Alot of them are real stretches that require being stoned to swallow. That being said the only coincidence on tv i still find really creepy is the March 4th 2001 episode of the X-Files spinoff The Lone Gunmen that not only brought up the idea of hijacked planes crashing into the WTC, but pretty much described the 9/11 Truth conspiracy theory 6 months before 9/11 happened.

 

Did Vince Gilligan cause 9/11?

FX has greenlit the Sons of Anarchy spinoff: Mayans MC. Production begins in March.

I just recently binged all of SOA for the first time and really enjoyed it. Not looking forward to this spin off much though. Would have preferred the rumored First 9 series.

Beyoncé’s Lemonade Makes Sight & Sound’s Best Films of 2016

 

I haven't seen Lemonade (I guess I have to now), but I was more interested in how the article points out the ways in which more and more people disregard the traditional definition of "movie" versus everything else. I had already decided to expand my top twenty to anything visual this year, but I am glad more people are seeing how arbitrary these categories have become.

 

My parents bought a TV and the remote has like 6 buttons on it. You can't use the TV unless you have a tablet? After 10 minutes of trying to pair the tablet with the TV, I was ready to throw both of them into the fucking street. Technology has officially left me in the dust.

 

Exchanged a really solid silent head nod with Jesse Eisenberg today.

 

I know you watch a lot, so you may have already seen most/all of these, but here's some lesser talked about shows that I watched this year and quite enjoyed.
