Pyre looks dope. Supergiant games are the best.

For someone who actively didn't want a sequel to TLOU, I'm stupidly excited about it.

This is Uncharted 4 all over again. I'm never going to try and decide what I think Naughty Dog should do again. I'm just going to go wherever they take me.

 

Also low key excited for Ace Combat. One of my favorite PS2 series growing up.

 

I think after FFXV I'll give TLOU another try.

As stated before, The Last of Us didn't need a sequel, but I'm beyond stoked that one is happening. I think what is most surprising to me is that the story will still revolve around Ellie and Joel. I was thinking that if Part 2 ever happened it was going to be with different characters.

But yeah, what a time to be alive.

It is now concrete that I will be getting a PS4 Pro. No if, and's, or buts about it.

Side note: I want to find a really cool, modestly designed Last of Us shirt that isn't the Firefly logo. Mainly because Fireflys can suck it(for the sake of the main characters). Redbubble has some cool one, but I want an "official" one.....

 

We play as Ellie in TLOU2, don't think I've seen anyone post that yet

Also, I'm confused, is the new Uncharted game a new, $60 full-length game or DLC for U4? That blog post from the Playstation Twitter confused me

 

Standalone game, shorter than U4 but longer than TLoU DLC (which is a huge range, but still, that's all we have to go on so far). It's included in the digital deluxe edition/season pass for Uncharted 4, so it's the previously announced story DLC, it just turned into its own slightly bigger, separate thing you don't need the game to own.

 

I fucking hate the Fireflies. I'm there with you.

 

I am also one of those that wasn't sure if I wanted a new Last of Us, but now that we are getting one, I am so excited. I just hope that the game doesn't disappoint. I've only played TLOU twice because I hold it to such high regards that I don't want to taint it with too many playthroughs. Also I have this strong feeling that we might see Joel die in this game for some reason. With the game being more about hate compared to hope and love in the first, I feel like that's the way it will go. I hope I am wrong because I already will be a wreck from this game, and that would make it worse.

 

Metal Gear Solid 2 gets fucking out there.

TLOU II is gonna be so fucking good. Naughty Dog always deliver, I have full faith in this game.

my mom has been trying really hard to get us a NES classic because she loved that system and also wants us to play it.

I told her just forget it because of how awful the demand is for it and how little supply Nintendo releases.

The local target only got 3 NES Classic this week while the local Toys R Us had people waiting since Friday to get them on Sunday. Toys R Us only got like 15 of them. Nintendo is so awful.

 

I've really dove back into video games in the past couple months. started so many and got so busy. the number one shout out i want to give is Valiant Hearts. finished that this morning. so impressed. the art, the story, the charm, the music.

Picked up too many games around Black Friday. Grabbed Far Cry Primal, Just Cause 3, Kerbal Space Program, Life is Strange, and BF1. played the opening of BF1 as well. awesome, excited to dive in more.

As for the PSX stuff, I'm stoked to go back into the uncharted world with the DLC. TLoU2 coming has prompted me to go back and redownload the first one so i can finally finish it. and I'm super excited for the Crash trilogy.

 

Been seeing a lot of people praising this game, I may have to check this one out next time I see it on sale.

 

No joke downloaded the original Crash on the PS store about a week ago. Had so much fun, and then saw that trailer and i'm suddenly a huge Crash fan again.

 

Biggest criticism of BF1: Campaign 1 - tank campaign, Campaign 2 - plane campaign....

Feel like they should've been separated by a campaign or two...



Also, guess it's time I finished the Last of Us....

 

Well worth it for the experience.
