Going to TLC on Sunday and I'm not very excited. Hopefully it exceeds my low expectations.

I could see this being a way better feud than with tj Perkins

 

I think the randy Luke thing will lead to like "serious" bray on his own which is probably good

 

Smackdown Hulu live reactions/thoughts post
- Man Becky is so over. Renee has great fashion, Alexa. How dare you. Thought this was such a weird segment to open the show, but it was well done. The brawl was great. Is this going to be a tables match? Alexa is smaller than Sasha, could she even break a table?

- I won't lie, chairs matches are only slightly less dumb then stairs matches. I'd honestly rather just have Corbin/Kalisto be a regular one on one match to break up the gimmicks. Aside from the tag titles, the entire card on Sunday is all gimmicks. Fun match, everyone looked good and Corbin Corbin'd the finish. Good stuff.

- These are the types of segments that got Alpha over on NXT. Just let them do their quirky thing and it'll work. Also never realized that I wanted an Alpha/Wyatt feud so bad. Carmella gets absolutely no reaction during her entrance, but she's good at gaining heat once she's in the ring. I'm going to say its her music and just move on from there. Can't say it enough, rivalries are at its best when the two are just beating each other up.

- lol Dean judging Ellsworth's ring gear yet he wears jeans to wrestle. Ambrose is such a great title chaser which is why this feud has worked so well. RIP JAMES ELLSWORTH 1984-2016. You had a good run buddy. I imagine this was to write off Ellsworth for TLC. What a great murder.

- Guys Kane is so old why is he still here. I mean, will always love Kane, but he needs to stop. Guys why is Kane winning matches in 2016, and more importantly why are the fans cheering his victory in 2016. Becky said the B word Becky said the B word!

- Gable's armbar over the rope is the best move in WWE. It always looks so damn vicious. Man this was great, and the finish was fantastic. Stoked for the Wyatts to win the tag titles. Its coming like 3 years too late, but better late than never. Oh my god this brawl holy shit haha. Perfect way to end the show.

 

RAW > SD this week.

 

You are comparing a go-home show to a fued building one.

 

I thought for a go home show you really got all you wanted out of it. I fell asleep during Kane harper but it was mostly good.

 

Just stating the facts. RAW's been the worse show for 2 months or so. Bout time it had a better showing.

 

While I don't think the Carmella/Nikki feud is fire or anything, it's definitely decent enough for a 2nd tier feud. very simple and I like Carmella using cena as a way to get under Nikki skin.

Unfortunately for Carmella, Nikki isn't over enough with wrestling fans to get the heat she requires.

I also like her theme hah

 

I like Carmella not using the fake annoying accent as much

 

Well I just got around to watching RAW and SmackDown. I feel like WWE took a shit ton of influence from the attitude era on these episodes. Especially Raw. Seriously who would have thought that WWE would book a feud started by Enzo Amore's dick, a bar fight, a parking lot brawl, and Dean Ambrose calling AJ "son of a bitch" all in one week? The least surprising of those was Dean Ambrose's moment on SD Live and even that only happens every once in a while

 

Don't forget Becky calling Alexa a bitch!

Finally catching up on last weeks LU. The Paul London gimmick is phenomenal. And god damn at the matches Killshot/Dante are gonna have. Saw 2-3 moves Ive never seen before just in that match. The seated springboard spanish fly was nuts, as was the apron move.

Black Lotus girls make me want to check out Stardom. It's funny how everyone over there seems so bubblegum compared to this.

They're advertising Hideo Itami's return to Japan in the NXT Japanese tour, but is he actually ready to compete or is he just going to be there?
