Swann winning would be fine though as No Way You Can Handle This was probably a special one time thing

 

Letting Charlotte go over at HIAC really boned that division. Nia is at the point where she has to fight someone...yet Emma also needs to re-debut. But they need a face to fight Charlotte.

"letting charlotte go over" was the worst decision at like 4-5 different points since (and including) Mania

 

I truly believe Paige's injury and general shenanigans boned over the Raw division more. There's so much more for everyone to do in that division with her floating around. So many more options.
