I had my nails done last Friday and got " do you take lei away" By OPI. I love nude shades however I feel like it almost looks like an extension of my skin and it's such a bad look!!

I usually try to push it and get my gels done every 2 weeks but.. I may have to change this out on Monday. Yikes.

What shape do you guys normally like your nails? I've been loving almond lately.

 

I love ballerina/coffin at the moment. I've recently started biting my nails again so I haven't had them done in a while.

 

Bought some more face masks. Almost bought the anti-stress mask with Dead Sea minerals. It's so hard to find a store that sells all of them together

 

I love coffin, if I get a substantial amount of time off of work I will get that done. We aren't technically supposed to have long nails but i do, but I might accidentally poke a premie baby with my coffin nails so I have to wait lmao. Goal nails.

Sephora emailed me that they've shipped two of the items they forgot to ship originally. they forgot to ship me Kat Von D liquid lipstick in Lolita II. So what are they sending me? Kat von D liquid lipstick in Beloved, the shade they already sent me that I DO NOT NEED. wtf is happening at Sephora?! I've never in my life had an issue with them and now they stay messing up. I'm just going to exchange it I guess? sucks cause the nearest sephora is an hour away so I really rely on their online ordering and I'm getting irritated.

 

Looked at my purchase history on the Sephora app and I noticed a shade of tarte foundation that I bought one time was a totally different undertone than what I was matched with. Usually when I'm looking for a shade i always get rematched because my skin tone changes fairly easy depending how long I stay in sunlight. Can someone's undertone change? I wish I could remember how that shade looked on me.

I posted a message on their customer service board and this was way better. For future reference, do that instead of email customer service! I didn't expect a response yet because I posted around midnight on a weekend, but I've already been responded to and they're shipping out Lolita II. my mailman is gonna think I'm obsessed cause I'll have like 5 packages from them in a week with this mix-up.

I didn't think undertones could change but I'm no expert lol

 

I used to think I had a super pink undertone, but now I find that I'm more of a yellow/neutral.

The pink was probably just me being young and stupid, though.

 

Mine is extremely pink and I fucking hate it especially since I have eczema around my mouth and nose which gets super red during winter. It's hard to cover up.

 

Trying to avoid ulta black Friday deals. must resist.

 

Fuck. I think I'm limiting myself to Old Navy and MAYBE something from Ulta if there's a fantastic deal on a Tarteist palette.

They have a mini tarte eyeshadow palette with a blush for $12 and some mascaras for $10 and a too faced set with a melted lipstick, a blush, and a mascara for $16 and I want it alllllll

I have to use like cera-ve if I don't use oil to cleanse bc my skin dries out and I look like a starfish that was left out in the sun. Dehydrated and rough. So I got that. And nice face lotions. And body lotion. Shampoo. Woo!

 

Splurged on an Anastasia liquid lip because I'm out meeting friends for dinner and my lip color totally fucked me over. I'm adoring this new one though!

 

Hahahaha got my sephora package. I needed 1 stila liquid liner and 1 kat von d liquid lipstick in Lolita II. They sent me 2 Stila liners and a Beloved lipstick instead of Lolita. I knew they were sending the wrong liquid lipstick and were resending it in another package, but idk why they sent 2 liners. so now I have a free Stila liner and a free liquid lipstick wooooooo

 

I just bought several packages of Korean face masks for clarifying skin at TJ Maxx. We'll see how these work out.

 

Damn, I missed out on the target beauty good sale. I shouldn't be buying that stuff anyway. Been wanting to get more Physician Formula products, and I need more facial wipes. Spent about $6 for Burts Bee's sensitive skin wipes and Bed Bath & Beyond.

 

i bought some stuff at target, although i definitely didn't need anything besides lotion. i tried some elf lipstick thing today that i bought and i'm pleasantly surprised how much i like it for it being under $3. also got a lot of nyx lingerie which i never bought before. i always buy the liquid suede. the shelves were pretty damn empty by the time i made it to the store. seems like people liked the sale.

 

Yeah... I didn't get a chance to stop at Target.
