Coal chamber tour isn't happening. Source at one of the venues told me announcement should come tomorrow

 

No DC probably means Warped Tour, probably for all the bands

 

I’m gonna guess she got outvoted by the other members or something because if this is a warped tour routing thing, they could’ve just picked a different tour package to hop on instead of this one.

 

A lot of times management books bands without telling them who they will tour with, its very common and with situations like this, its either very easy or very hard to get out of the contract.

Yeah this strikes me as being a management/label decision. Unless the band actually did wanna do the tour and this tweet is their way of saving face

 

Genuine question here: were there additional allegations against the band beyond Tillian? He's no longer singing with them, but I'm also out of the loop on the whole story.

 

I don't believe so (aside from Jonny Craig who hasn't been a full time member for like 13 years) but it's important IMO to remember that they didn't kick Tilian out over those allegations; he came back and then later left of his own accord. based on the history of DGD in particular you can understand what the rest of the band is and isn't ok with

 

Best guess is theaters in 3-5k range, multiple nights in major cities.

and they did that tour without Tillian singing while they were figuring the allegations out…but he was with them on the entire tour, just didn’t perform. That rubbed a lot of people the wrong way.

 

What's more bizarre to me about the SYSC thing is that Connie's the only one that's posted about the tour negatively. Ethan threw up the flier on his stories like business as usual and the rest of the band hasn't really said anything about the tour. I'm wondering more so if this is going to cause a rupture in the bands camp.
