I can't imagine it'd be much different than consoles

 

Haven't played Batman, but for what it's worth, TT Game of Thrones ran like hot garbage on my iPhone 5S, and I have a pretty high tolerance for low framerates and whatever. I'd pick it up on anything else if it's an option.

 

Good to know. I just know I won't play it on my Xbone or PS4 because of all the other AAA's that have come out recently. Playing on iPhone would be nice because I can play it in the bathroom or before I go to bed, etc.

 

Those TT games run poorly on a console can't imagine how they run on a phone.

 

Is this place safe for my PC master race elitism or will I be judged by peasants?

would anyone like some Wii U games that I forgot I had due to the Nintendo Humble Bundle.

 

Hopefully you can get it. The TV is great for everything except for some football feeds from Fox, NFL network etc for some reason. I've been pretty happy with it. I only recently got a PS4 (pro) and so far have only played Until Dawn on it but it looks great so I'm assuming other big games will look even better.

 

REVIEW OF TOEJAM AND EARL 2, PANIC ON FUNKOTRON

TJ and Earl 2 is a colourful and funny platform video game developed by Johnson Voorsanger Productions and published by Sega in 1993 for the Sega Genesis .

As I said a few days back I ‘ve been playing through the game and I love it still. It was a big part of my childhood, and I'd go as far as saying it was one of the best video games of all time!!

The plot’s fairly simple, after TJ and Earl escape from Earth at the end of the first game, they bring back a plague of humans to their home planet on their spaceship and must catch them all and send them back to Earth, strangely enough, by trapping them in small magic jars which are thrown at the Earthlings.

The main body of the game is to explore the vivid and whacky levels hunting for humans, who come in sorts of strange and often lethal guises such as the ghost cow which possess you, the flying duck on a magic carpet and even a naked guy in a box who throws tomatoes at you, as well as viscous attack poodles and little girls who annoyingly kick you in the shins.

On your journey you travel across beautifully cartoony alien landscapes complete with snow levels, underwater sections and even flaming pits, as you hunt and trap your enemies guided by a directional arrow. You also have funk powers, fuelled by the “Funk” you collect along the way, such as a “funk scan”, “panic mode” and even a huge “Funk vacuum” which sucks all enemies up on the screen when used.

Finding secrets and scoring points also feature big in the game and can be found using your funk scan, as well as scoring points to gain extra lives in what proves to be a pretty tricky, but fun, game!

The game was critically well received, with reviewers praising the graphics, soundtrack, fluid action and two-player mode. It was also a commercial success, but fans of ToeJam & Earl were disappointed and confused by the radical change in direction. If you missed it the first time around have a look at this. . .

Also, have we talked about how Titanfall 2's price is in a free fall right now? $26 at Best Buy and $30 or so elsewhere...poor Respawn.

 

Honestly just a really shitty decision to sandwich Titanfall 2 between Battlefield and COD.

I know I'm going to cave and get Pokemon this weekend, I just don't know which one yet.

 

Got Ratchet & Clank. Super fun, and a game it seems I can and will want to platinum.

 

Think I saw that this and Mad Max will both be $10 at gamestop on black friday. Plan on picking both up.

 

I may come back to it and platinum it one day. already beat it twice and didn't really bother looking at the trophies so now I gotta beat it again.

 

Mad Max is so awesome. Need to do another play through. Love that game.

 

I'm on the second to last mission in DOOM. Game is so awesome. Having an absolute blast with it. Length has been perfect and I love the open level design. Did NOT expect this to be in my top 10 this year..

 

The later levels where they really start using more jump pads makes that game so awesome.

 

Maybe I should try it out again. I couldn't get past mission 2.

 

as the weapon wheel opens up the game gets more and more good.

 

The glory kill system is probably my favorite thing to ever be in a first person shooter. Playing Titanfall 2 now and all I want to do is glory kill everything.

I think the only thing that would have made Doom absolutely perfect for me is better environments. It's basically two settings, Hell and ship, and I've never liked ship settings.
