Surprised JBREKKIE is playing The Salt Shed again since she sold it out (indoors) twice in 2023.

 

Not defending them but they literally tour all the time. So it's not just festivals...you should say promoters or venues in general?

 

Coachella probably blocks them from announcing that date.

 

They're basically been blocked from all American media but it seems like the British press still gives them a lot of coverage so I imagine a lot of their activity is overseas these days (believe the release show for their album in 2023 was at the O2 or something like that).

Santa Barbara is far enough to where Coachella doesn’t affect the radius clause. Radiohead headlined the Bowl inbetween headlining both weekends of Coachella in 2017.

I just checked and her show is listed on AXS. August 23rd at the SB Bowl. I’m hyped. Gonna make a weekend trip out of it and see family

 

Rivers of Nihil, Holy Fawn, Inter Arma and Glacial Tomb tour gonna be announced at 11 or 12 today.

I don't believe it's directly related to them getting sued over the Trophy Eyes incident.

Mohawk has been on its last legs for a while now, at least a couple of years. If you check their Facebook comments there are tons of posts about the owner of the buildings (also owns the bar next door which recently closed) being the main problem. All of these venues and promoters have insurance for this reason which makes me believe Mohawk is just calling it now due to all of the issues, not just the Trophy Eyes one.
