I have it as mid-tier attractive just because:
A) Vegas
B) Top-Tier Facilities
C) Roster is basically a blank slate
D) Who cares? Low expectations

 

I can appreciate it, nor do I inherently disagree. I certainly don't know the right path, which means the only path is to consider everything. And they failed to do that last year, so glad they're doing it this year it seems.

Yeah...problem is E, terrible owner.

Like, there's a handful of team situations where they'd be mid-tier or even good jobs, but have bad owners (see: Jets). And a few teams that might otherwise be mid, but have uniquely great owners (see: Steelers/Packers)

I mean, haircut mcgee having no input and letting Brady be defacto owner and working with a GM would be a HUGE improvement over what the Raiders have had for decades.
