Yes I am def happy Bryce Young seemingly is overcoming being a generational bust.

He’s legit fun to watch this season and I hope once they continue to add talent (aka Tet McMillan) it’ll get even better.

 

It all kinda broke perfectly for Bryce, his first season was bad but it alone wasn't what made him a bust. It was CJ Stroud being OROY and Caleb Williams being crowned immediately

Now that Stroud has slumped some and Caleb has had an up and down first year, it's a lot less pressure for the Panthers on picking Bryce. Bryce developing and playing well makes it even better

 

It’s also a portion of me taking an L on Canales a bit. I thought he was gonna be a clown show and, while they’re not winning yet, they are exactly who I wanted the Patriots to be this year. So yeah.

 

Unless I missed it Im surprised the Jags media hasnt brought up Baalke's track record with coaches and their records since Harbaugh

Yeah it looked very bleak for them trading that much up for Bryce who played historically bad on a historically bad team while Stroud led his team to the playoffs, and then their pick turned into what was deemed as a "can't miss prospect."

The way Bryce handled the first year struggles and then the 2nd year benching is pretty awesome, and he's a super easy player to root for. Once they land McMillan or Higgins or true #1 WR that isn't 34 years old there's a ton of hope for them.

 

I’m glad when Sheila took over she truly gave a shit and has done an incredible job making this franchise relevant for the first time in my life
